Allstate Steel has a computerized beamline that is capable of punching 1-1/4" holes through 1" thick material and we can saw up through 36" beams.

The new Hem-Saw is attached to our reconditioned drill line that is CNC. This combination will cut up through a 44" beam and will drill any size hole.

We currently have two ironworkers on-site that cut and punch detail material. We also have two plate sheers and two drill presses.

Throughout our shop you will find portable punches as well as magnet drills, grinders, hand torches and twelve overhead cranes. On the finishing end, we have a wheelabrator which will handle a 42" beam. We also have two blast pots for odd sized items, trusses and miscellaneous material. The painting of all products is done with our three Bulldog paint pumps and one President paint pump.

For mobility and transport, we employ four road tractors, two yard tractors and fifty-five hauling trailers. All of this equipment is owned and operated by Allstate Steel.
